脆性涂层法是实验应力分析的常用方法之一。该方法经济实用,在国外已有四十多年的历史,国内也曾有人作过一些研究和个别应用,但由于没有进行系统的研究工作,所以,至今还没有脆性涂料的产品。根据这一情况,杭州余热锅炉研究所强度组虞炳中等在搜集大量资料的基础上,进行了脆性涂料的试制研究工作。目前,已研制成热固型的脆性涂料,并作了各种性能的多次系统测试工作,取得了初步成果。并准备进一步研制自然干燥脆性涂料。
Fragile coating method is one of the common methods of experimental stress analysis. This method is economical and practical. It has a history of more than 40 years in foreign countries. Some people in China have also done some research and individual applications. However, there is no brittle coating product so far due to no systematic research work. Based on this situation, Yu Bingzhong, an intensity group at Hangzhou Waste Heat Boiler Research Institute, conducted a pilot study of brittle coatings on the basis of collecting a large amount of data. At present, it has been developed into a thermosetting brittle coating, and made a number of systematic performance tests, and achieved initial results. And ready to further develop natural dry brittle paint.
