本文针对目前教师专业发展出现的瓶颈,从学校管理的角度来谈教师专业发展水平的提升,提出废教案检查,建立集体备课机制;废听课检查,建立教学督导机制;废事务活动,建立和谐学术环境;废行政干预,建立专业支持机制;废消极评价,建立成就激励机制,帮助教师突破发展瓶颈,实现师生双赢。
In view of the current bottleneck of teachers ’professional development, this paper discusses the improvement of teachers’ professional development from the point of view of school management, puts forward the inspection of waste lesson plans, sets up the collective lesson preparation mechanism, examines the waste listening lesson, establishes the teaching supervision mechanism, discards the affairs and establishes the harmonious academic Environment; waste administrative interference, the establishment of professional support mechanisms; waste negative evaluation, the establishment of incentive mechanisms for achievement, to help teachers break the bottleneck in development, teachers and students to achieve a win-win situation.
