前年6月,通过入学考试,我成为刊授党校普兰店分校97届大专班的一员。入学不久,经民主选举,我有幸被选为班长。两年来,在班主任老师的大力支持下,经过自己的积极努力,班级的各项工作得到了有效的开展,并取得了一定的成绩,个人也有不少的收获。我认为要想当好班长,应做到以下几点:首先,要以身作则,带头到课,保证面授出勤率。面授课是刊授党校教学中的一个十分重要的环节,它对教学中的疑点难点进行串讲解答,学员对此都是非常重视的。然而,由于学员境况各不相同,机关干部可能有时需要下乡;私营企业、合资企业员工要看老板的脸子,担心被炒鱿鱼;成家立业的学员还要面对孩子、家务等一摊子杂事等等。因此,制定必要的规章制度当然自不必说,更多的还要靠自觉。作为班长,我清楚自己的位置,必须带头到课,并抓住一切时机做好缺课学员的工作,争取让他们克服困难,到课并学到一定的知识。这样,我们班每次面授 In June last year, passed the entrance examination, I became a member of the 97th college class of the Pulandian Branch of the Party School.
