GB229-84《金属夏比(U型缺口)冲击试验方法》对金属试样的U型缺口技术要求如图1所示。对于R1±0.07mm的测量用普通的计量器具是比较难测量的,必须采用万能工具显微镜等精密量仪才比较方便、准确,这对于车间现场测量,或缺乏精测设备的企业来说,就困难了,因此笔者设计了专用塞规来检验金属试样的U型缺口,不仅方便实用,也能满足检测精度的要求,其参考尺寸图2所如示。图中T为通规,在检查时,T端应能插入金属试样的U型缺口中;Z为止规,在检验时,Z端应不能插入金属试样的U型缺口内.只有同时满足上述的两
