明清时期是家法族规蓬勃发展的时期,其内容和形式均趋于成熟,并大多获官方支持,成为古代家法族规发展的典型时期,具有代表性。本文即以明清时期家族法为研究对象,讨论了家法族规与国家法之间的冲突。 The Ming and Qing Dynasties were the period during which the clan rules of Family Law were thriving. The contents and forms of the clan rules flourished. Most of them were officially supported and became the representative period of the development of clan rules in ancient times. This article takes the clan law of the Ming and Qing Dynasties as the research object and discusses the clash between clan rules of the family law and state law.
