四五月的楼市,一向被视作房产销售的黄金月,本是众多房产公司收获的季节,今年却增加了许多耐人寻味的因素。自2004年延续而来的宏观调控愈演愈烈,从国务院办公厅不久前发布的《关于切实稳定住房价格的通知》,到曾培炎副总理的四点要求,再到国务院总理温家宝4月27日主持召开国务院常务会议,提出加强房地产市场引导和调控八项措施,充分显示了政府对房价调控的决心。与以往不同的是,本次调控首次明确了地方政府的责任,不搞一刀切,除了国家出台的宏观调控措施外,各地方政府都可能出台针对地方特点的具体措施。上海已经有所动作,而房产市场一向火爆的浙江自然也是焦点之一。宏观调控下的楼市将何去何从?
