新教材的“新”,最根本要表现在课堂教学中。教师能否适应并掌握新教材,成了新课程计划能否实现的关键。新课程标准的江苏版小学《品德与生活》、《品德与社会》教材实验发现:教材内容的生活性,能引领教师转变课堂教学功能;教材文本的对话性,能引领教师走向“平等中的首席”;教材结构的开放性,能引领教师在教学即兴中超越。该实践证明:教学与教材的关系,教材是矛盾的主要方面,它规定教学内容和目标的大方向。体现新课程理念的好教材,能在教学实践中逐步改变教师的教学行为,引领教师走进新课程。
