介绍了一种集成式高精度流量调节机构,针对固体冲压发动机的特殊空间和精度要求,进行了小型化、轻质化设计。将调节机构与控制驱动器进行集成式设计,有效利用空间尺寸;对末级直齿轮进行扇形设计,减小调节机构体积;采用特殊的花键连接和双齿轮消隙结构等连接方式,有效控制调节机构的传动间隙,提高调节机构的传动精度。通过试验验证,该调节机构方案设计合理、可行,并具有较高的传动精度和快速性,可以满足固体冲压发动机特殊空间和高精度的要求。
An integrated high-precision flow regulation mechanism is introduced, which aims at the miniaturization and light-weight design of solid ramjet engine with its special space and precision requirements. The adjusting mechanism and the control driver are integratedly designed to make effective use of the space dimension; the fan-shaped design of the final spur gear is adopted to reduce the volume of the adjusting mechanism; the special spline connection and double-gear anti-backlash structure and other connection modes are used to effectively control the adjustment Mechanism of the transmission gap, improve the transmission mechanism of the regulation accuracy. Through the experimental verification, the adjustment mechanism scheme design is reasonable and feasible, and has high transmission accuracy and rapidity, to meet the special space and high precision solid ramjet engine requirements.
