近年来,房屋建筑产业发展比较迅速,因此也引起了人们更多的关注。建筑施工的质量不仅影响着居住环境的质量,还直接关系到人们生命财产安全。为了确保房屋建设的质量,国家和建筑产业内部都建立了一系列的建筑标准和要求,并制定了相应的监管体系。房屋建筑工程监理就是标准化房屋建筑施工的管理体系,能够从根本上确保房屋建设质量。可以说,工程监理是工程质量、安全性的基础保障,只有做好这一部分工作,才能为住户提供更加安全、舒适的居住环境。
