神经鞘瘤在耳鼻咽喉部并不少见,常发于咽喉部,原发于鼻部者较少。早在1984年曾有报告,以后有关此病的报告很多,但鼻科学上统计国内文献中有10例鼻部神经鞘膜瘤的报告,原发在鼻中隔上的更为罕见。现将我院收治一例报告如下。陈某,男,16岁。因右侧鼻塞、疼痛1月于1982年12月16日入院。1个月前患者自感右鼻部疼痛,通气不畅,到当地医院就诊,诊为“鼻疖”,用青霉素、庆大霉素约10天,疼痛减轻,但右鼻腔肿物反 Schwannomas are not uncommon in the otolaryngitis, often in the throat, and less often in the nose.
