本研究主要探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（ＬＡＳＩＫ）治疗高度近视的并发症。对ＬＡＳＩＫ术后随访半年至一年的病人１０９例（２０３眼）进行分析，其术中并发症：角膜瓣蒂过宽或切开不完整２眼（１％）、角膜瓣切断２眼（１％）、角膜瓣过薄６眼（３％）；术后并发症：角膜瓣细微皱褶４眼（２％）、角膜瓣下混浊３眼（１．５％）、角膜瓣下异物４眼（２％）、角膜瓣下上皮植入５眼（２．５％）、眼底出血６眼（３％）。ＬＡＳＩＫ术后并发症较少，但有些并发症可严重影响视力，应引起重视 This study focused on the excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for the treatment of high myopia complications.
