采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)萃取瓜蒌子中挥发性成分,结合气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对瓜蒌子的挥发性成分进行分析。从瓜蒌子中共分离出79个色谱峰,鉴定出其中49种化合物,占其挥发性成分的84.18%,其中含量较高的为(E,E)-2,4-壬二烯醛(21.50%)、2,4壬二烯醛(10.01%)、戊酸戊酯(4.60%)、正己醇(4.28%)和正戊醇(4.02%)等。研究采用HS-SPME-GC-MS联用技术分析瓜蒌子挥发性成分,为瓜蒌子的进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。
Volatile constituents from Fructus Chinensis were extracted by headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and volatile components of Fructus Chinensis were analyzed by GC-MS. Seventy-nine chromatographic peaks were isolated from Melon seeds, of which 49 compounds were identified, accounting for 84.18% of their volatile components. The higher content of (E, E) -2,4-nonadienal (21.50 2,4-nonanedial (10.01%), pentyl valerate (4.60%), n-hexanol (4.28%) and n-pentanol (4.02%). The HS-SPME-GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile components of melon seeds, which provided a scientific basis for the further development and utilization of melon seeds.
