将21种中药材分别用于制作纯种药曲,通过对其糖化力、液化力等性能指标进行对比,筛选出制曲效果最佳的3种药材:西洋参、黄芪、红景天.确定和优化了其最佳添加方式及添加量范围,即西洋参粉0.2％～0.4％、黄芪粉0.1％～0.4％、红景天汁0.1％～0.4％.
