中国法制史课程跨越法学与历史两门学科,在现实学习与讲授中,囿于课程特点,存在诸多问题。在应用型高校讲授中国法制史,应结合高校培养职业人才的目标与课程意义,采用多种教学方式、立足当下提升中国法制史教学的质量与价值。
The course of Chinese legal history spans both disciplines of jurisprudence and history. Due to the characteristics of the course in practical learning and teaching, there are many problems. The teaching of China’s legal history in applied universities should be based on the goals and curriculums of training qualified personnel in colleges and universities and adopt various teaching methods so as to improve the quality and value of teaching Chinese legal history at the moment.
