目的建立工作场所空气中二甲胺的硅胶管采样、溶剂解吸、液相色谱测定方法。方法空气中二甲胺经硅胶管采集,0.15 mol/L盐酸溶液解吸,丹磺酰氯衍生化,C18液相色谱柱分离,荧光检测器检测,以保留时间定性、峰面积定量。结果二甲胺0.45μg/ml~90μg/ml,相关系数为0.9998,回收率为96.7%~98.7%,相对标准偏差为1.38%~2.76%;检出限为0.15μg/ml;最低检出浓度为0.04 mg/m3。结论二甲胺衍生化产物在C18柱上有良好的保留,可与其它共存组分分离,灵敏度、准确度和精密度高,可操作性强,适用于工作场所空气中二甲胺的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the sampling, solvent desorption and liquid chromatography of dimethyl amine in the air of workplace. Methods Dimethylamine in air was collected by silica gel tube, desorbed by 0.15 mol / L hydrochloric acid solution, derivatized by Dansyl chloride, separated by C18 liquid chromatography and detected by fluorescence detector. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was quantified. Results The correlation coefficient was 0.9998 and the recoveries were 96.7% ~ 98.7%. The relative standard deviations were 1.38% ~ 2.76%. The detection limit was 0.15μg / ml. The minimum detectable concentration 0.04 mg / m3. Conclusion The dimethylamine derivatization product has good retention on C18 column and can be separated from other coexisting components. Its sensitivity, accuracy and precision are high and its operability is strong. It is suitable for the detection of dimethylamine in the air of the workplace.
