目的探讨meso-四(4-羟基苯基)卟啉[5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-hydroxyphenyl)porphyrin]对电磁脉冲(EMP)照射离体人脐静脉内皮细胞的防护作用。方法①用MTT法进行meso-四卟啉对人脐静脉内皮细胞的毒性试验,找出最佳用药浓度,然后依此浓度作为防护药物浓度;②用化学发光法检测卟啉对人脐静脉内皮细胞在不同场强EMP照射下的防护效果。实验结果采用方差分析和独立样本t检验分析。结果①meso-四(4-羟基苯基)卟啉对人脐静脉内皮细胞的最佳用药浓度为0·01μg/ml;②经过EMP照射后,用药组化学发光强度(第1峰值和5s面积)明显低于对照组。结论0·01μg/ml的meso-四(4-羟基苯基)卟啉对EMP具有一定的辐射防护作用。
