为了研究冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢组合工字梁的受弯性能,对3种截面形式共计9根卷边槽钢组合工字梁进行了破坏性试验研究,并采用有限元方法对试件进行模拟分析,有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,验证了该文有限元方法的有效性。然后对典型截面梁构件进行了大量的参数分析,研究结果表明:随着钢材强度提高、梁长度减小、腹板高厚比和翼缘宽厚比增加,梁的极限承载力增加。最后在参数分析的基础上,提出了计算冷弯薄壁型钢梁极限承载力的折减强度法及其相应的计算公式,并通过试验验证了该文折减强度法计算梁极限承载力的适用性。
In order to study the flexural behavior of the cold-formed thin-walled curly channel I-beam, a total of nine cross-sectional forms of I-shaped beams were tested and studied by means of finite element method The simulation results show that the finite element method is in good agreement with the experimental results, and the validity of the finite element method is verified. Then a large number of parametric analysis of typical cross-section beam members are carried out. The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the beam increases with the increase of the strength of the steel, the decrease of the beam length and the increase of the ratio of web thickness to thickness. Finally, on the basis of the parameter analysis, the method of calculating the ultimate strength of the cold-formed thin-walled steel beam and the corresponding calculation formula are proposed. The experimental results show that the method of reducing the ultimate bearing capacity applicability.
