LNG的翻滚现象是LNG安全储存的重大隐患。目前对LNG储罐内翻滚发生的机理及过程还缺乏深入的研究。建立了LNG储罐内翻滚的物理模型和数学模型,并对密度差为0.5Kg/m3的5000m3储罐进行了试验,清楚演示了储罐内发生翻滚的过程。研究表明,在重力的作用下,储罐内不同分层间由于密度差的存在,分层间的LNG会发生剧烈混合现象,即翻滚。通过计算和分析,可以为储罐设计和实际生产操作提供依据。
The tumbling of LNG is a major hidden danger for the safe storage of LNG. At present, the mechanism and process of tumbling in LNG storage tanks are still lack of further research. The physical model and mathematic model of tumbling in LNG storage tank were established. The 5000m3 storage tank with density difference of 0.5Kg / m3 was tested and the tumbling process in storage tank was demonstrated clearly. The research shows that under the action of gravity, due to the density difference between different strata in the storage tank, intense LNG mixing occurs between stratified layers, namely, tumbling. Through calculation and analysis, it can provide basis for tank design and actual production operation.
