建立了以亚甲蓝(MB)为捕获显色剂的Fenton反应产生.OH,邻苯三酚自氧化反应产生O 2一的分光光度法,并用于三七皂苷对.OH及O一2的清除作用。结果表明,三七皂苷对.OH及O一2有较强的清除作用,尤其对.OH的清除作用更为显著。该方法简便,灵敏,分析成本低。
A spectrophotometric method has been established for the production of O 2 -by the auto-oxidation of pyrogallol with the methylene blue (MB) as a color-developing reagent for the capture of the chromogenic reagent. It was used for the preparation of notoginsenoside on .OH and O-2. Clear effect. The results showed that notoginsenosides had a strong scavenging effect on .OH and O-2, especially for the removal of .OH. The method is simple, sensitive and low cost.
