目的探讨S100A4与上皮钙黏蛋白(E-cad)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其与组织学类型、分期、淋巴结转移及预后的关系,并分析两者的相关性。方法采用免疫组化S-P法,检测S100A4蛋白和E-cad蛋白在116例NSCLC中的表达。结果116例NSCLC患者中,64例S100A4蛋白表达阳性,阳性率为55.2%,S100A4蛋白的表达与NSCLC患者的年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移及预后有显著相关性;而与性别、组织学类型、TNM分期无关。116例NSCLC中,76例E-cad蛋白表达阳性,阳性率为65.5%,E-cad蛋白表达与NSCLC患者的淋巴结转移、TNM分期及预后有显著相关性;而与性别、年龄、组织学类型无关。S100A4蛋白与E-cad蛋白间的表达呈显著负相关(P< 0.005)。结论在NSCLC中,S100A4蛋白表达和E-cad蛋白表达缺失与肿瘤的进展密切相关,是判断NSCLC生物学行为和预测转移趋势的有价值指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of S100A4 and E-cad in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its relationship with histological type, stage, lymph node metastasis and prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of S100A4 protein and E-cad protein in 116 cases of NSCLC. Results The positive rate of S100A4 protein in 64 of 116 NSCLC patients was 55.2%. The expression of S100A4 protein was significantly correlated with the age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis and prognosis of patients with NSCLC. However, TNM staging has nothing to do. The positive rate of E-cadherin in 76 cases of NSCLC was 65.5%. E-cad protein expression was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and prognosis of patients with NSCLC, but not with gender, age, histological type Nothing to do There was a significant negative correlation between S100A4 protein and E-cad protein expression (P <0.005). Conclusion The expression of S100A4 protein and the loss of E-cad protein expression in NSCLC are closely related to the progression of the tumor. It is a valuable index for judging the biological behavior and predicting the metastatic potential of NSCLC.
