五味治肝片是治疗慢乙肝的中药制剂，其中４味有理化鉴别。用高效液相法测君药刺五加成分紫丁香甙含量。稳定性试验表明，至少在两年内保持稳定。药效学试验有护肝作用。雌鸭试验，可抑制ＤＨＢｓＡｇ、ＤＨＶ－ＤＮＡ。细胞培养证实，本品抑制了ＤＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ复制中间产物ｒｃＤＮＡ和ｓｓＤＮＡ的合成。对６８７例慢乙肝患者临床研究，经３个月治疗，近期治愈率２１．７％，总有效率８２．８％：１２个月随访，基本治愈率２０．４％，总有效率７５．６％。
Wuwei Zhigan Tablet is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Among them, 4 flavors have physical and chemical identification. The HPLC method was used to measure the content of Acanthopanax Spp. Stability tests show that it has remained stable for at least two years. Pharmacodynamic tests have hepatoprotective effects. The female duck test can inhibit DHBsAg and DHV-DNA. Cell culture confirmed that this product inhibited the synthesis of the dHBV-DNA replication intermediate rcDNA and ssDNA. Clinical study of 687 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients, after 3 months of treatment, the short-term cure rate was 21.7%, the total effective rate was 82.8%: 12 months follow-up, the basic cure rate was 20.4%, and the total effective rate was 75.6 %.
