以6个萝卜品种为试验材料,研究了萝卜三叶期叶喷外源植物生长调节剂(ABA、CCC、S3307)对其抽薹效应的影响。结果表明,外源植物生长调节剂均可降低不同萝卜品种的C/N、现蕾率和抽薹率。3种外源植物生长调节剂处理中,S3307(600 mg·L-1)对抑制萝卜现蕾、抽薹的效果最好。但不同萝卜品种的抽薹效应对植物生长调节剂的响应不同,S3307处理使萝卜潍青3号、翘头青、501水萝卜、满堂红叶片中C/N分别下降了54.2%、37.14%、34.62%、62.20%,对其现蕾率、抽薹率的抑制效果明显。
Six radish cultivars were used as experimental materials to study the effects of leaf spraying with ABA, CCC and S3307 on the bolting effect. The results showed that exogenous plant growth regulators could reduce C / N, budding rate and bolting rate of different radish cultivars. Among the three exogenous plant growth regulators, S3307 (600 mg · L-1) had the best inhibition effect on radish budding and bolting. However, the bolting effect of different radish cultivars was different from that of plant growth regulators. The S3307 treatment decreased the C / N of radish Weiyuan 3, Putaoqing, 501 Shui Dan Bu and Man Tang Hong leaves by 54.2%, 37.14% and 34.62%, respectively, , 62.20%, its budding rate, bolting rate inhibition effect is obvious.
