试验以大豆东农42和东农47为材料,采用盆栽的方式,利用近红外透射光谱法,研究在开花期喷施不同浓度稀土元素La(Ⅲ)和Ce(Ⅲ)对大豆蛋白质和脂肪含量的影响。结果表明,稀土对大豆两个品种蛋白质含量的影响都大于对脂肪含量的影响。所有处理(30~120mg·L-1)都使东农42蛋白质含量和蛋脂总量增加,脂肪含量减少,其中30 mg·L-1CeCl3处理蛋白质含量最高为43.16%,比对照增加10.60%。而所有处理都使东农47脂肪含量增加,蛋白质含量和蛋脂总量减少,在90 mg·L-1LaCl3处理下脂肪含量最高为22.46%,比对照增加9.24%。
In this experiment, soybean Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 47 were used as materials, potted and near-infrared transmission spectroscopy was used to study the effects of different concentrations of rare earth elements La (Ⅲ) and Ce (Ⅲ) on the protein and lipid content Impact. The results showed that the effects of rare earth on the protein content of two varieties of soybean are greater than the impact on fat content. All the treatments (30-120 mg · L-1) increased the protein content and total fat content of Dongnong42, and decreased the fat content. The content of protein in the treatment with 30 mg · L-1CeCl3 was the highest (43.16%) and increased by 10.60% compared with the control. However, all the treatments increased the fat content of Dongnong 47, and reduced the protein content and total fat content. The highest fat content was 22.46% under the treatment of 90 mg · L-1LaCl3, which was 9.24% higher than the control.
