据有关研究得出结论:a.随着SiO_2的升高,FeO含量也逐渐增加。然而由于产生的铁橄榄石和钙铁橄榄石系相应会影响到烧结矿的还原性和强度,应以实际生产需要为主,防止过度发展。b.在MgO、SiO_2不变的情况下,随着烧结矿碱度的提高,FeO含量会相应的下降,建议在生产中,相应提高CaO含量,生产主要以铁酸钙主要黏结相的烧结矿,这样有利于改善烧结矿还原性,降低固体燃耗。
According to the research concluded: a. With the increase of SiO 2, FeO content also gradually increased. However, due to the production of fayalite and calcareous olivine series will affect the reduction of sinter and strength, should be based on the actual production needs, to prevent over-development. b. Under the condition of constant MgO and SiO 2, the content of FeO will decrease correspondingly with the increase of alkalinity of sinter. It is suggested that the content of CaO should be increased correspondingly during the production to produce sinter mainly containing main phase of calcium ferrite , This will help to improve the sinter ore reducibility and reduce the solid fuel consumption.
