Objective: To observe the effect of torsemide dilution after transvenous transvenous needle infusion to relieve local vascular irritation and prolong the retention time of indwelling needle. Methods: Forty-three cases of toratramine injected through the superficial vein were selected and treated by self-control method before and after the replacement of the needle. The venous injection of torsemide at stage A and 0.9% chlorine at stage B Sodium toxins diluted torsemide. A and B were compared between the two stages, the incidence of intravenous injection of patients with symptoms and indwelling needle retention time difference. Results: The incidence of subjective pain and local vascular irritation in stage B patients was significantly lower than that in stage A (P <0.05), and the indwelling time of indwelling needles was significantly longer than that in stage A (P <0.01). Conclusion: Torasemide diluted with 0.9% sodium chloride injection can not only reduce local vascular irritation, but also prolong the indwelling time of indwelling needle, which has a good clinical effect.
