目的探讨下丘脑对血管调控的路径。方法将18只Wistar大鼠分成实验组和对照组,实验组12只,对照组6只。实验组行手术切断漏斗,对照组行手术暴露但不切断漏斗,手术后2d,两组动物移至同一条件下饲养,存活30d后用1%多聚甲醛+1.25%戊二醛液从心脏灌流固定,取主动脉作光、电镜观察。结果切断下丘脑与垂体的联系后,血管内皮细胞变性,细胞核肿胀,内皮下层增厚并出现许多大小不一的空泡,肌内皮连结受到破坏,受损处可见胶原纤维增生;对照组血管壁结构完整,没有发现任何病理变化。结论血管内膜的完整性依赖于下丘脑的正常调控,这种调控作用主要通过下丘脑-垂体通路来实现
Objective To investigate the regulation of hypothalamus on blood vessels. Methods 18 Wistar rats were divided into experimental group and control group, 12 in experimental group and 6 in control group. In the experimental group, the funnel was cut off surgically and the control group was exposed but the funnel was not cut off. After 2 days of surgery, the animals in the two groups were reared under the same conditions and kept alive for 30 days. The animals were treated with 1% paraformaldehyde and 1.25% glutaraldehyde solution Perfusion fixed, take the aorta for light, electron microscopy. Results After the connection between the hypothalamus and the pituitary was cut off, the vascular endothelial cells degenerated, the nucleus became swollen, the endothelium became thicker and many vacuoles of different sizes appeared. The connection of the muscle endothelium was damaged. Collagen fiber hyperplasia was found in the damaged area. Structure is complete, did not find any pathological changes. Conclusion The integrity of intima depends on the normal regulation of the hypothalamus, which is mainly mediated by the hypothalamus-pituitary pathway
