目的:观察注射用齐多夫定(0．1 g)iv给药后对动物引起的过敏反应。方法:以氯化钠注射液为溶剂,制成每1 ml中约含齐多夫定1 mg的溶液,作为供试药液;以人血白蛋白作为阳性对照组;以0．9％氯化钠注射液作为阴性对照组,进行全身过敏性试验。结果:注射用齐多夫定与0．9％氯化钠注射液一样在豚鼠静脉给药后15 min内,均未出现全身性过敏反应。结论:注射用齐多夫定的全身过敏性试验为阴性。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the allergic reaction to animals after administration of zidovudine (0.1 g) iv. Methods: Sodium chloride injection as solvent, made of 1 ml each containing zidovudine about 1 mg solution as the test solution; human serum albumin as a positive control group; with 0.9% chlorine Sodium injection as a negative control group for systemic allergy test. RESULTS: Zidovudine for injection had no systemic anaphylaxis within 15 min after intravenous administration of guinea pigs, as was the 0.9% sodium chloride injection. Conclusion: The systemic allergic test for zidovudine for injection is negative.
