论文坚持问题导向,从问题入手,运用实证分析、价值分析的方法,对居住小区车位归属的现行法规定进行评析,找出实际生活关于居住小区车位归属可能存在的问题,分析了居住小区车位归属的法理基础,指出规划是居住小区车位归属的客观依据。论文还运用系统分析的方法,就居住小区公共配套设施归属问题展开分析,并提出了的相关建议:要制定科学合理、清晰明了、公开透明的居住小区详细规划,政府部门要依法全面履职,基层民众要充分发扬民主,实现小区公共配套设施的共治共享。
