At the Third International Congress of Psychological Health, held in 1946, mental health was defined as: “Developing the state of mind into the best possible state of being physically, intellectually and emotionally incompatible with the psychology of others” . In 1989, WHO gave a new definition of health, that is, “the good state of physical, psychological, social adjustment and moral character”. When the individual can not actively adapt to the environment, the negative face of the problems encountered, the loss of normal cognitive level and the normal ability of self-regulation, there will be a variety of psychological problems. Different from college students in some western countries, the group characteristics of Chinese college students are relatively prominent.
