目的为了解重庆市九龙坡区超市购物用具污染状况,并为制订超市购物用具卫生管理法规以及超市购物用具消毒制度和标准提供科学依据,更好保障购物者健康。方法抽取九龙坡区大中型的10家超市购物篮及推车共133件,检测其细菌总数、大肠菌群、霉菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的污染状况。结果超市购物用手提篮手柄菌落总数、大肠菌群、霉菌球菌的阳性率分别为44.8%、10.3%、51.7%;篮筐的几项指标为64.7%、52.9%、82.3%;手推车手柄的菌落总数、大肠菌群、霉菌阳性率分别为17.6%、8.8%、20.6%;手推车车筐的几项指标为19.4%、8.3%、50%。结论九龙坡区超市购物车(篮)都受到了不同程度的污染,超市及卫生主管部门应采取有效措施,确保消费者购物卫生。
Objective To understand the pollution situation of shopping equipment in supermarkets in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing and to provide scientific basis for formulating hygiene regulations of supermarket shopping utensils as well as disinfection systems and standards for supermarket shopping utensils to better protect the health of shoppers. Methods A total of 133 shopping baskets and trolleys of 10 large and medium-sized supermarkets in Jiulongpo District were collected and their total bacterial count, coliform bacteria, molds and staphylococcus aureus were tested. Results The positive rates of colonies, coliforms and mycocci in shopping basket were 44.8%, 10.3% and 51.7%, respectively. Several indicators of the basket were 64.7%, 52.9% and 82.3% respectively. The trolley handle colonies The positive rates of total number, coliform bacteria and molds were 17.6%, 8.8% and 20.6% respectively. Several indicators of trolley carts were 19.4%, 8.3% and 50%. Conclusion Jiulongpo supermarket shopping cart (basket) has been subject to varying degrees of pollution, supermarkets and health authorities should take effective measures to ensure that consumers shopping health.
