用自制的高效毛细管电泳-电化学检测装置,以350μm铜圆盘电极为工作电极,在碱性溶液中,对7种多羟基抗生素的分离进行了研究。结果表明:浓度线性范围可达2至3个数量级,最低检测限为5.0×10~(-7)mol/L。在8h内连续测定,峰电流和迁移时间的相对标准偏差分别为7.6%和2.2%。实际样品(丁胺卡那霉素)测定回收率为99.6%。
The separation of seven kinds of polyhydroxyl antibiotics was studied in alkaline solution using a homemade high-performance capillary electrophoresis-electrochemical detector with 350μm copper disk electrode as the working electrode. The results showed that the linear range of the concentration was 2 to 3 orders of magnitude and the minimum detection limit was 5.0 × 10 -7 mol / L. The relative standard deviations of peak current and migration time were 7.6% and 2.2%, respectively, in continuous measurements within 8h. The actual sample (amikacin) has a recovery of 99.6%.
