为了提高自己的教育教学水平,适应素质教育改革的大潮。我有幸听了许多教师的课,发现不少教师教学基本功过硬,肯钻研,又能大胆改革创新,但同时也发现不少问题,例如,有的教师教学方法十几年如一日,呆板单一。课堂教学过程也只是按照复习旧知(提问问题进行),然后讲授新课,最后小结练习。在这样一种教学的过程中,教师既没有设置与内容相关背景进行导入,也没有根据教学内容创设恰当的生活情境激发学生的探索欲望。这就造成启发式教育的失败,学生的主体地位
In order to improve their education and teaching level, to adapt to the tide of quality education reform. I have had the pleasure of listening to many teachers’ classes and noticing that quite a few teachers have mastered basic teaching hardworking, willing to study hard, and boldly reform and innovate. However, many problems have also been found. For example, some teachers have been teaching for more than a decade and have become monolithic. Classroom teaching process is only in accordance with the review of the old knowledge (question questions), and then teach a new lesson, the last summary exercises. In such a process of teaching, teachers neither set the content-related background to import, nor did they create the appropriate life situation according to the teaching content to stimulate students’ exploration desire. This leads to the failure of heuristic education and the dominant position of students
