目的:探讨泽兰醇提物对实验性胃溃疡模型大鼠溃疡指数、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、一氧化氮和表皮生长因子的影响。方法:采用冰乙酸复制胃溃疡大鼠模型,通过测定各组血清中丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、一氧化氮和表皮生长因子水平,胃组织中一氧化氮水平以及溃疡指数,来观察泽兰醇提物对冰乙酸型胃溃疡模型的影响。结果:各用药组可显著降低模型大鼠溃疡指数和丙二醛水平(P<0.01),显著升高血清中超氧化物歧化酶和一氧化氮水平(P<0.01),显著升高胃组织中一氧化氮水平(P<0.01)。结论:泽兰醇提物具有保护胃黏膜的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of alcohol extract of Eupatorium on ulcer index, malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase, nitric oxide and epidermal growth factor in experimental gastric ulcer model rats. Methods: The rat model of gastric ulcer was replicated by using glacial acetic acid. The level of malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase, nitric oxide and epidermal growth factor, the level of nitric oxide in gastric tissue and ulcer index were measured in each group Effect of Eupatorium zeae on glacial acetic acid type gastric ulcer model. Results: The ulcer index and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels of the model rats significantly decreased (P <0.01), and the levels of superoxide dismutase and nitric oxide in the serum were significantly increased (P <0.01) and significantly increased in the gastric tissue Nitric oxide levels (P <0.01). Conclusion: Eupatorium alcohol extract can protect gastric mucosa.
