目的：研究将心理护理应用于治疗急诊患者中的具体措施和效果。方法：以本院于2014年7月～2015年7月间收治的急诊患者37例为研究对象，给予其心理护理，对比患者护理前和护理后的心理情况和依从性优良情况。结果：经过护理干预，患者的心理情况得到明显改善，依从性优良情况明显提高，以上指标对比，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论：以急诊患者的具体情况为依据实施心理护理效果明显，适合在临床普及使用。
Objective: To study the specific measures and effects of applying psychological nursing in the treatment of emergency patients. Methods: A total of 37 emergency patients admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were enrolled in this study. Their psychological care was compared with that of the patients before and after their care and their compliance was good. Results: After nursing intervention, the patient's psychological condition was significantly improved, and the compliance was significantly improved. The above indexes were compared, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The implementation of psychological nursing based on the specific situation of emergency patients has obvious effect and is suitable for clinical use.
