对非O1群霍乱弧菌进行准确分型和分类,是目前亟待解决的重要问题。应用多位点酶电泳(简称MEE)法对来源不同的98株非O1群霍乱弧菌进行12个酶基因位点的检测和分子分型研究。结果:98株非O1群霍乱弧菌可以分为59个ET型,每个型别所包含的菌株数较少。在计算不同型别遗传距离的基础上,进一步作数值分类分析,可将59个ET型划分为22个克隆群(CL),不同克隆群的菌株具有一定的地区特征,其中CLE是新疆1990~1991年分离的大部分菌株,CLN是河北1988~1989年分离的大部分菌株。遗传学分析显示,与O1群霍乱弧菌相比,尤其是与流行株相比,非O1群霍乱弧菌不同ET型别之间的遗传关系较远,但同一地区分离的菌株遗传关系相对紧密。提示:环境因素在非O1菌进化变异中具有重要作用
Accurate typing and classification of non-O1 Vibrio cholerae is an important issue to be solved urgently. Multi-site enzyme electrophoresis (MEE) was used to detect and classify 12 enzyme loci in 98 non-O1 V. cholerae strains of different origins. Results: 98 strains of V. cholerae other than O1 could be divided into 59 ET types, and each type contained fewer strains. On the basis of calculating the genetic distance of different genotypes, 59 ETs could be divided into 22 clonal groups (CL) based on numerical classification. The strains of different clonal groups have certain regional characteristics, among which CLE is Xinjiang Most of the strains isolated from 1990 to 1991, CLN, were most of the strains isolated in Hebei from 1988 to 1989. Genetic analysis showed that, compared with the epidemic strains of V. cholera O1, especially compared with the epidemic strains, non-O1 group Vibrio cholerae ET genotypes of different ET genetic relationship is far, but the strains isolated from the same area genetic relationship is relatively close .
