The “LDBA 6 kV Leakage Protection Device” jointly developed by the Institute of Labor Protection Science and Technology of the Ministry of Water Resources and the Gezhouba Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Water Resources and Hydropower Department passed the appraisal in Yichang, Hubei Province from January 12 to January 13, 1987.
