随着冠脉介入治疗、冠脉搭桥和冠脉溶栓等治疗手段的广泛应用,继之出现的心肌缺血/再灌注(MI/R)造成的二次损伤日益受到关注,有关其保护机制的研究成为热点。近年来提出再灌注损伤补救激酶(RISK)的概念,越来越多的研究证实RISK信号通路在MI/R损伤中的关键作用。该通路由PI3K/Akt和ERK1/2组成,它的激活能够显著减少心肌梗死面积,是众多生长因子、细胞因子以及药物干预的靶点。其激活因素及靶效应分子较多,本文对RISK信号通路的上下游影响因素进行综述。
With the widespread use of coronary interventional therapy, coronary artery bypass grafting and coronary thrombolysis, the secondary damage caused by myocardial ischemia / reperfusion (MI / R) is gaining more and more attention.
