天津大唐盘山发电有限责任公司(以下简称“大唐盘电”)是一个新型电力公司。大唐盘电在基本建设和生产阶段,以敢为人先的勇气,塑造了崭新的发电企业运行机制,相比较同样规模电力公司的1500~2000人,盘山电厂只有199人定员。在实践中,大唐盘电将信息化作为一个企业的战略来落实。目前,大唐盘电企业ERP初具雏形,EMA(企业资产管理系统)、FMIS(财务管理系统)、OA以及生产统计、档案管理、燃料管理、综合查询等应用系统的实施应用,已经开始在实践中发挥着越来越重要的作用。 基于这个框架,大唐盘电作为走在发电企业前列的信息化典范,如何在已有的企业信息化平台上进行知识管理,继而创建学习型企业? ——天津大唐盘山发电有限责任公司 刘广平
