“鞭打”动作是体育运动中常见的技术动作,为了掌握完成某一动作,常需要两臂(手)或两腿(足)具有尽可能大的运动速度,以达到增加动作的速度和力量,提高动作技术的质量,这些动作类似抽鞭子时的鞭打动作。如网球、排球、羽毛球等的扣球,投掷标枪和手榴弹,下肢的踢球,游泳中的打水动作等。目前对人体“鞭打”动作的力学原理大多用抽鞭子原理来阐述,抽鞭子时,先让臂带动 “Whipping” action is a common technical action in sports.
