中厚板生产的控制轧制、控制冷却及其相结合的TMCP技术,以及直接淬火和离线热处理技术是控制钢板组织和力学性能的重要手段。近些年新发展的性能控制技术还有IC、RPC、HOP和NCC技术,介绍了这些新技术的基本原理、技术特点和对钢板组织和力学性能的控制效果,并对各技术在生产应用中的实际问题进行了扼要的分析。
Controlled plate rolling production, TMCP cooling control and its combination, and direct quenching and off-line heat treatment technology is an important means of control of the microstructure and mechanical properties of steel. In recent years, the newly developed performance control technologies include IC, RPC, HOP and NCC technologies. The basic principles, technical characteristics, and control effects on the microstructure and mechanical properties of these new technologies are introduced. In addition, The actual problems were briefly analyzed.
