在沈阳、锦州、朝阳、丹东、大连采集典型黄瓜枯萎病株标样197个,对单孢分离获得的5个代表菌株 Co13、Co17、Co39、Co56、Co76进行了致病性试验及观察鉴定。结果分离出尖孢镰刀菌占74.7%,木贼镰刀菌占8.6%,茄病镰刀菌占6.9%,半裸镰刀菌占0.8%,串珠镰刀菌占4.7%。其中以尖孢镰刀菌分离频率最高,是优势菌株,致病性最强。证明辽宁省黄瓜枯萎病菌为尖孢镰刀菌黄瓜专化型(Fusarium oxys-porum t.sp.Cucumerinum)。
A total of 197 samples of typical cucumber wilt disease were collected from Shenyang, Jinzhou, Chaoyang, Dandong and Dalian. Five representative strains, Co13, Co17, Co39, Co56 and Co76 obtained from single spore isolation were tested for pathogenicity and observed and identified. Results Fusarium oxysporum was isolated from 74.7%, Forsythia coli was 8.6%, Fusarium solani was 6.9%, Fusarium solani was 0.8% and Fusarium moniliforme was 4.7%. Among them, Fusarium oxysporum isolates had the highest frequency of isolation and was the dominant strain with the strongest pathogenicity. The results showed that Fusarium oxys-porum t. Spucumerinum was the main pathogen of cucumber fusarium wilt in Liaoning Province.
