骨形态发生蛋白(BMPs)是一类属于转化生长因子-β超家族的多功能生长因子,具有诱导骨、软骨组织再生的能力。BMPs通过信号传导通路,引起靶基因的转录和表达。BMPs的生物学活性受多个水平的调控。本文着重就BMPs的信号传导通路及相关负性调控的研究进行综述。
Bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) are multifunctional growth factors belonging to the transforming growth factor-β superfamily and have the ability to induce the regeneration of bone and cartilage tissue. BMPs cause transcription and expression of target genes through signaling pathways. The biological activity of BMPs is regulated by several levels. This article focuses on the BMPs signal transduction pathway and related negative regulation research.
