应用增殖细胞核抗原(proliferatingcelnuclearantigen,PCNA)单克隆抗体PC10,以S-P免疫组织化学染色方法观察分析PCNA在涎腺混合瘤、混合瘤细胞生长活跃型、恶性混合瘤、粘液表皮样癌中的表达分布情况。评价不同组织类型的涎腺肿瘤的增殖潜能及同一肿瘤组织中不同细胞成分的增殖活性。结果表明:恶性混合瘤有较高的PCNA增殖指数,与混合瘤细胞生长活跃型及混合瘤相比均有极显著性差异(P<0.01);低分化粘液表皮样癌与高分化型相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:PCNA是肿瘤细胞增殖的有效标记物;可作为恶性混合瘤的诊断指标;PCNA增殖指数可作为粘液表皮样癌组织学分级的重要参数。
