近期,“断供门”成了国内各媒体密切关注的热点问题。所谓“断供门”就是早几个星期传说的,深圳用住房按揭贷款购买住房的居民,由于房价下跌得太快而不再归还银行按揭贷款的事件。根据这种说法,如果对“断供潮”不加阻止并让其向全国蔓延,那么不仅会危及国内商业银行的安全,也会造成中国金融市场的危机及中国经济的危机,因此,政府应该迅速调整当前的房地产市场政策,阻止这种“断供潮”在全国蔓延,以此来保卫中国50年来经济改革的成果。
