NF-κB信号通路调控免疫应答、创伤愈合反应并参与多种炎症因子的转录,在生理和病理的过程中均产生重要的作用。NF-κB信号通路与肝纤维化的发生发展密切相关,在调控HSC活化与凋亡的过程中发挥重要作用。抑制HSC的活化和促进HSC的凋亡成为抗肝纤维化治疗一个重要的治疗目标。文章就NF-κB信号通路的组成、功能及其在肝纤维化的作用作一综述。
NF-|ÊB signaling regulates immune response, wound healing response and transcription of a variety of inflammatory factors, both in physiological and pathological processes have an important role. NF-κB signaling pathway is closely related to the occurrence and development of hepatic fibrosis and plays an important role in the regulation of HSC activation and apoptosis. Inhibition of HSC activation and promotion of apoptosis of HSC become anti-fibrosis treatment is an important therapeutic target. This review summarizes the composition and function of NF-κB signaling pathway and its role in hepatic fibrosis.
