针对矿用输送机工作中轴承的受力问题,对其进行接触分析,并利用ANSYS-Workbench对轴承的接触应力和变形进行了仿真计算,得到了轴承滚动体和内、外圈不同部位的应力和变形分布。同时,为了完善轴承零件间的接触应力及变化规律,利用ANSYS-Explicit Dynamics对轴承进行动力接触分析,解决了静力学分析中忽略保持架影响产生的误差问题。二者的计算结果符合轴承工作的实际情况,为优化设计提供了依据。
In order to solve the bearing problem of the mining conveyor, the contact analysis is carried out. The contact stress and deformation of the bearing are simulated by ANSYS-Workbench. The stress of the bearing rolling element and the different parts of the inner ring and the outer ring are obtained. And deformation distribution. At the same time, in order to improve the contact stress and the changing rule among the bearing parts, dynamic contact analysis of the bearing is carried out by ANSYS-Explicit Dynamics, which solves the error problem of ignoring the influence of the cage in the statics analysis. The calculation results of the two are in line with the actual situation of bearing work, which provides the basis for optimizing the design.
