炭化烧蚀模型是一种简单实用的烧蚀模型,涉及到的参数较少。采用炭化烧蚀模型计算以丁腈橡胶为基,以二氧化硅和石棉纤维为填料的内绝热材料NBR得到的烧蚀率与氧乙炔线烧蚀率吻合的较好。将NBR的物性参数作为基准上下波动±10%,分析了这些物性参数对炭化烧蚀率的影响,有助于了解各参数对炭化烧蚀的影响程度,为今后绝热层烧蚀性能的提高提供参考。
Carbonized ablation model is a simple and practical ablation model, involving less parameters. Carbonized ablation model is used to calculate the ablation rate of NBR, which is based on nitrile butadiene rubber and filled with silica and asbestos fiber, is in good agreement with the ablation rate of oxyacetylene. The influence of these physical parameters on the carbonization ablation rate is analyzed by taking the physical parameter of NBR as the benchmark fluctuation by ± 10%, which helps to understand the influence of each parameter on the carbonization ablation and provides the improvement for the ablation performance of the insulation layer in the future reference.
