It is customary to use a cold drawing device consisting of a large tonnage slow winch, pulley block, winch and dynamometer. The device occupies more equipment, do not meet the construction site scattered, changing conditions. In response to the above problems, our company use the YC-60 tensioning equipment with ZB 500 pump design a new cold drawing device (Figure 1). The cold drawing device has the advantages of convenient operation, simple process, accurate control stress, strong adaptability, safety and reliability,
