面对当前电力市场格局,全面实施二次创业显得尤为重要,是电力企业成功转型的出路之一。河北华电石家庄热电有限公司(以下简称石热)通过破解四大命题,重新架构石热持续竞争优势,使得企业发展走上复兴之路。2010年企业减亏6000万元;2010~2011年采暖期,实现盈利2318万元;2011年一季度,石热综合煤耗、厂用电率等各项经济指标在五大发电集团河北区域电厂名列前茅。
