目的 了解肿瘤细胞组织相容性复合物 (MHC) Ⅰ、MHC Ⅱ类抗原表达在乳腺癌发生、发展和转移中的变化。方法 应用流式细胞仪检测乳腺癌和乳腺纤维腺瘤组织MHC Ⅰ、MHC Ⅱ类抗原的表达情况。结果 MHC Ⅰ类、MHC Ⅱ类抗原在乳腺癌组织的表达均显著低于乳腺纤维腺瘤组织 ;MHC Ⅰ类抗原在淋巴结转移组表达显著低于未转移组 ,两组均显著低于乳腺纤维腺瘤组 ;乳腺癌Ⅰ期MHC Ⅰ类抗原表达显著高于Ⅱ期 ,Ⅱ期MHC Ⅰ类抗原表达显著高于Ⅲ期 ;MHC Ⅱ类抗原表达由Ⅰ期到Ⅲ期有降低趋势但在各期间差别不显著。结论 MHC Ⅰ类抗原的低表达与肿瘤的发生、发展和转移的关系密切 ,MHC Ⅱ类抗原的低表达与肿瘤的发展、恶化有关 ;检测肿瘤组织MHC抗原的表达 ,对观察预后、指导治疗 ,具有重要的临床意义
Objective To investigate the changes of tumor cell histocompatibility complex (MHC) Ⅰ and MHC Ⅱ antigen in the occurrence, development and metastasis of breast cancer. Methods The expression of MHC Ⅰ and MHC Ⅱ antigen in breast cancer and breast fibroadenoma was detected by flow cytometry. Results The expressions of MHC class I and MHC class II antigens in breast cancer tissues were significantly lower than those in breast fibroadenomas. The expressions of MHC class I antigens in lymph node metastasis group were significantly lower than those in non-metastasis group, both of which were significantly lower than that of breast fibroadenoma The expression of MHC class Ⅰ antigen in stage Ⅰ breast cancer was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅱ, while stage Ⅱ MHC class Ⅰ antigen was significantly higher than stage Ⅲ. The expression of MHC class Ⅱ antigen showed a decreasing trend from stage Ⅰ to stage Ⅲ, Not obvious. Conclusions The low expression of MHC class I antigen is closely related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of the tumor. The low expression of MHC class II antigen is related to the development and deterioration of the tumor. The expression of MHC antigen in the tumor tissue is detected and the prognosis, guidance and treatment, Has important clinical significance
